Photography Services

a. Booking: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

b. Cancellation and Refund: In case of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable. We require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling the booking. If the client cancels the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the client is responsible for the full payment of the service.

c. Image Ownership: The images captured by our photography team remain the property of Charles Francis, unless otherwise specified in a per-project-based contract. In either case, we will always ask written permission from the client to use the images for our (publicly displayed) promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

d. Image Delivery: The delivery time for the images varies depending on the type of service. We will provide an estimated delivery time during the booking process. All non-printed images will be delivered through a online file sharing system for downloading. The downloadable file links will remain active for one month after the project is completed and are not guaranteed to be private. Printed images will be delivered via local pickup at our studio, or through a mail courier service at the additional expense of the client.

Web Design Services

a. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project if payment is not received.

b. Cancellation and Refund: In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. We require a 48-hour notice for rescheduling the project. If the client cancels the project within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, the client is responsible for the full payment of the service.

c. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark, remain the property of the Charles Francis, unless otherwise specified in a per-project-based contract.  In either case, we will always ask written permission from the client to use the web design for our (publicly displayed) promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
