Scott Setterberg

ARTIST STATEMENT
Curiously seeking and searching, I discover hidden and forgotten knowledge through secretive exploration. Thorough examination uncovers Truth that no one else sees. Appreciating simplicity, I feel connection, experience deep reflection, and am led to spirituality, knowing, Oneness, God. I am everything. I experience me. Communication, sharing, spreading awareness, and enlightenment brings freedom. You then, experience you.

BIOGRAPHY
Born in Pasco, Washington, Scott Setterberg is a dynamic professional landscape photographer. His style is vibrant, progressive, and chromatic, and his images bestow tremendous texture and contrast upon the viewer. Scott earned an A.A.S. Degree in Photography from Spokane Falls, and in 2002, began showing his fine art images in California.
Since then, Scott has exhibited in dozens of art galleries, juried fine art shows, and art festivals, and in 2011, his work was featured at the Pink Art Fair in Seoul, South Korea. More recently, in 2015, Scott’s breathtaking photographs of Costa Rica were showcased in a solo exhibition in San Ramón, Costa Rica.
Scott is the recipient of several awards including Finalist at the I Love LA Photography Exhibition; Semi-Finalist in the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) Showcase; and Second Place at the Millard Sheets Gallery New Photography Competition. Scott’s work can be found in public and private collections worldwide. He currently resides in Kennewick, Washington and San Ramón, Costa Rica, where he produces and leads all-inclusive photography tours for photographers of all skill levels.
